Today was 3rd day of the Advance Sourcing Course... I must say it's very useful...internet is full of free tools and blogs about sourcing and recruiting but as a recruiter if you don't have the basic understanding of boolean then, those tools are of no use. Till date I was missing so many basic concepts about Tech recruitment and sourcing.
