Hi Onkar, this question takes me back to my initial days in tech recruiting. I come from a commerce background with no knowledge of technologies in my initial days.
It will be definitely challenging to start with, for a non-tech recruiter. Doing good amount of home work, preparing notes, getting help from senior recruiters are a few points you can consider.
The best learning I ever had were from my candidates and the ones who are able to articulate and explain it well are the best candidates. Keep in mind to learn from the right candidates though.
There are a lot of groups on Facebook that you can join. A lot of senior folks are always willing to help, use them wisely.
Learn slow and steady,it takes time, will be worth it. Peace.
